The Regional Multiple Listing Service of Oregon is the state's largest MLS, covering the widest geographic area and providing more property listings than any other Oregon MLS. RMLS™ covers the counties of Clackamas, Columbia, Multnomah, Washington and Yamhill in the North Willamette Valley and the counties of Coos, Curry, Douglas and Lane in Southern Oregon. It also provides the primary coverage in Clark and Cowlitz counties in Southwest Washington.

The Willamette Valley Multiple Listing Service is the primary multiple listing service in the Central Willamette Valley, although RMLS™ listings often overlap with those of the WVMLS in northwestern Marion County. WVMLS's primary coverage area is in the counties of Benton, Linn, Marion and Polk.
